About
Blue Trampoline is built on more than two decades of working with innovation and business development in technically driven environments.
Over that time, a consistent approach has taken shape: working with ideas through structure, testing, and practical exploration, turning uncertainty into something that can be understood, shaped, and evaluated.
This foundation was built under the leadership of founder Henrik Karlsen.
From method to venture
Henrik’s transition out of Blue Trampoline is not just a change in ownership. It is also a reflection of the work itself.
Using the same principles of testing, development, and opportunity shaping, he has built Horizon3, a new venture developed from idea to business through the same structured approach.
It stands as a practical example of what happens when development is worked through properly: from uncertainty to a defined opportunity, and from opportunity to a real business.
Continuing the work
Blue Trampoline is now led by Jeppe Olander, continuing and evolving the work.
The direction remains consistent.
To help technically driven businesses define where to focus their development, shape opportunities, and build a foundation for decision before committing significant time and resources.
The ambition is not to replace what has been built, but to carry it forward, making it more relevant, more structured, and more connected to the realities businesses operate in today.
Outlook
Based in Esbjerg with an international outlook, Blue Trampoline operates in environments where technical depth and business reality meet.
The focus remains:
To help companies understand what to develop, what it could become, and whether it is worth pursuing.
